AFAIK it's from Hearthstone. Charitably, it is named after its win condition, wherein you take so goddamn long to grind your opponent out of the game that they concede before you're in a position to actually kill them. Less charitably, it's because cucktrol is dead in Hearthstone and you might as well concede if you're trying to play this kind of deck.

I never ran Themis in my DE Storm deck. It slows it down.

It's always had a bad time against low aggro but they're way more prominent now, and while Storm did get new tools they're mostly aggro oriented and don't help against its bad match ups.

I wouldn't write it off yet but I don't think adjusting old lists will do as much good as building something ground up against the meta.

I use the one on GameAI, only I believe I took out 1 General and 1 other thing and replaced them with DoD. Ancient Lion is actually pretty effective against Daria since most of her cheap followers only have 2 HP.

This I still stubbornly run the old mid shadow with Lord of the Flies and a few of the new cards in.

You will eventually climb if you're not complete trash at the game. You don't even need a +50% winrate. You can win less than 100, but you can win more. But you can also never lose more than 100, but you can lose less. That means you slowly climb even with like a 48% winrate.

Just pretend it's not ranked. You get score rewards, too. It's worth it.

It's not really that bad. I have anxiety in all online games, ranked or not. You just have to power through it. After you get your first loss or after playing for a while, it disappears.

Because she's too slow and clogs pulls. It also means you are required to run Sage, another slow card that clogs pulls. Mid-range cannot rely on it's old meta when every class has very effective ways with dealing with mid-range at turn 6. My experience with her with this new patch has taught me that she is just too slow for mid-range with this meta. I would rather play a storm and put some damage in because most of the time your board will be wiped anyways, meaning that Oto was the wrong choice to play. This loses you damage and a turn.

This meta is still new, so there's a chance that I just haven't found the new Otomeme deck to run, but I've since removed her + Sage and have been experimenting with builds and have found that taking her and sage out has boosted my winning % against decks I would normally lose to with them in. Perhaps she's not dead, but I don't see the point in running her currently.

DShift is not a good climbing deck, user. It takes too long to play through matches compared to other decks and in this current meta it's basically a 50/50 whether you'll get a great matchup or an absolutely terrible one with no in between.

That all aside, I think people have been having success with Piercing Rune. There's also a hybrid Daria/Dshift build going around but I'm still highly doubtful of its effectiveness and haven't tried it myself.

Probably because I am in elo hell and people don't care much about losing. They give up much faster than normal. I used to have one guy concede when I play Daria even though he has 8 hp left.
