I just transferred account from my iPhone to the iPad. And right after I transferred my code and finished downloading a bunch of stuff, the iPad is giving me a "Error Please Retry" message. What do? I don't want to delete the app and reinstall because I had already transferred my code on this device, and I don't have a gamepad either.

I think the main thing is just that if you're transferring from Android to ios or the other way around is that you can't be holding any gems (having them in the present box is fine).

Link your account to google+ or whatever they use in apple, this way even if some shit like happens to you, you can still go back to bluestacks.

Keep your transfer code safe.
Linking your account to Google+ makes transferring easier.
Don't delete anything from your previous device if you haven't successfully transferred your account yet.

This is all assuming android-to-android transfer. If you're doing iOS to Android or vice versa, you'll lose your gems.

If you don't want to use google+ just create a new account on the phone and use your transfer code from settings after everything has been downloaded.

Try contacting KLab soon, it will take them at least 2 weeks to give it back. While you wait search for another way on reddit or something, maybe one of the hackers can help if there is still information on your shared_prefs.
