I'm playing a dwarf warrior as we speak, and that's damn false. Stoneskin is nice for tanking, but that's pretty much all they have. The weapon skills alone on human are way better, both levelling and late game.

Stoneform is for dorf rogues. It's what you use to style all over Hunters and Warriors and shit.
Also UD memepriests since you can stoneform Devouring Plague.
You can also Stoneform Blind because it's a poison.
Stoneform is fucking rad, son. Stoneform and Luffa, a dorf Rogue's tools to assfuck any and all warriors.

It's another mitigation cd for the warrior to use. The weapon skill boost doesn't actually have THAT much bearing over what you do.
