What would be a good approach to "hide" these shitty fake and ugly "grills"?

What would be a good approach to "hide" these shitty fake and ugly "grills"?

I have never applied mods to cars but this the only thing I dislike about my 2015 Honda Civic Ex Coupe....

Any idea of how much it would cost for a part or labor to cover this up?

See attached. Thanks Veeky Forums! Haven't been on here for a couple years

Make them functional.

Step 1 don't buy modern cars.

Buy an aftermarket bumper that you like. Paint it. Install. High end of it is prolly around $2k.

Quit lying. That's not an ex. EX comes with foglights.

Gonna second this OP. Cut out the fake honeycomb in those "grills" and replace with an actual perforated grate material. Look on McMaster Carr for the material, don't bother with the garbage you might find at Lowes or Homo Depot.

This is just a google image. I have an EX but they look almost the same.

What would be the cheapest way?

Drive the car
You can't see them from the drivers seat

Buy another car

I don't see a single issue with these.
If your bitching so much have the factory installed foglights installed on the car.

Install the front clip from a sedan?

fog lights

This
Now the ugly parts will glow and look slightly better

People could stop buying these ugly cars with stuff like fake grills and they would stop producing them - easy!

What happened with aerodynamically integrated fog lights? They look stupid on most cars now.

They became a dealer option as opposed to part of the car's design?

>Veiled anti-Civic thread started by the mass movement of Toyotard shills

This is what I'm talking about. I can't find these attractive.

some aftermarket company will probably make replacement grills that is an actual grill

just wait for those to come out
