Steel racing wheels are super cool. I'd like a similar style to these in black/bronze on a stripped out primer red 1973-1975 full size American two-door. Like a bomber track car for the street. I don't know if these are a specific style or just weird steelies.

Unsprung rotational weight is God when you're in a racecar, and less iron and more rubber = less weight. That's why you wheel and tire selecton should go like this:

Bigger wheels = better is just a myth perpetuated by modern car manufacturers. Why? Beltlines are moving up, and up, and up, and they need bigger wheels to compensate for that visually. The whole myth about sidewall deflection is bullshit.
