Anyway, that was surprisingly good. Never played Gaiden so I'm very much looking forward to FE Echoes. Hopefully they won't have waifu and baby shit as I assume that wasn't in that particular game.
FE for Switch was a given, but I'm still happy. Hopefully they make full use of the graphical abilities of the Switch. I miss playing FE on a home console.
Also, have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised by the mobile game. Looks pretty fun actually. I never ever put money in mobile games so I don't care much about the orb system. I can have plenty fun with the game without buying shit. Looking really good.

Hopefully Echoes sells well and IS sees that we don't NEED waifus and children for FE to sell. I don't mind having waifus if they marry/get together in the epilogue like we used to have, but child units need to fuck off.

Excited about FE Switch, I knew it was coming but still. 2018 isn't that bad either. Looks like we have lots of FE to look forward to in the coming months.

Seriously. Fire Emblem really has become one of Nintendo's biggest ever IPs. 4 games in the span of around a year, that's ridiculous, perhaps even unprecedented.

They're cashing in on the sudden immense popularity of the series is all. If it keeps selling, it'll get more games. IS will grow and divide into different production units.
If Echoes sells well, that paves the way for more remakes. I'm happy with Echoes but I would fucking love a FE6/7 remake.
