Suzuki Esteem, Aerio or SX4. Most are under 2800lbs and parts are dirt cheap if you get them online. Most are unmolested unlike most Honda's and cheap cars.

nope they always around around that much. picked up my mint 07 ion redline for 4500 with 80k miles. things just didnt hold value at all and most people dont know how decent they are

If you convert to a turbo (and sell the S/C setup to a 2.2 N/A guy), the 2.0L in the SC cars can actually make more power than the factory turbo cars are capable of because there's actual upgrades for the fuel injection system. The TC cars top out around 400 HP. The fuel injection on the SC cars is able to be upgraded though. current most HP on a SC block/head is 1400 HP.
The TC cars use direct injection and due to the way it works, there are no upgrades yet.
