OP is looking for drivers, not wrenchers.

>sunday drive

he would be rarely driving it, so the chances of it breaking down are low.

>944 a wrencher

if it's been treated like a real porsche it won't be, the problem is that most people park them in the weeds and let them rust for years at a time because they're so cheap. If you have the time and money to find a good example chances are it won't be any more hassle than some of the other cars listed.

Enjoy replacing every single part in the rear suspension so it will try to kill you less.

The aged suspension tries to kill you.

Triumph Other SPITFIRE MK1

Didn't they change the suspension in 93 and up cars?

>s2000

Convertible rx7

>vert RX-7
why?

I own a 1992 sw20 and they did change the suspension mid year 1992 cause fuckers were dying from over steer whip on corners etc. It's easily easily controlled if you drive one for more then a couple days and hit a few corners at speed and get a feel for it. When I swap out suspension in the next couple years I'm going to try match it with the current suspension.

Get a motorcycle.

Qt grills love convertibles, and then you can hear that dorito better.

This one near me is hard as fuck not to buy.

s2000 can easily be had for under 20k.

I'm more speaking to what happens to these (and all other) suspensions when they're over 20 years old. It's just in the SW20 that's a lot more dangerous when travel decreases and stiffness increases.

Maybe with an engine swap
