It's way more than 4 and you have to control your pet. DRG on the other hand is alot of buttons but you literally can faceroll and be fine. NIN takes some thought to get good dps.

Contrary to popular belief, you could even heal through people fucking up Sin and Punishment in September as long as you could see it was about to happen. There was nowhere else to mess up. Execute was managed by following the person with a braincell, tilts were handled by following the person with a braincell. You could lead people through Sophia EX in PF by telling them in chat "follow me for tilts and Execute"

A huge part of playing MCH is ammunition management on top of the usual cooldown/buff+DoT duration management so it's pretty tricky since a lot of their cooldowns don't line up as well as SMN's do
