Do you really need T2 guns for the burner Daredevil? I've got Minmatar frigate 5 and Gal frig 4 but no T2 blaster skills, everything else is at lvl 5.

2 batteries removes 50% of the neuting to the point that the enemy is spending more capacitor to run his neuts than the neuts affect you

Cap boosters are great for staying cap stable even under neut pressure

No that seems like an adequate hard counter. They aren't meant to negate 100% of neuting, merely to negate the full effects and if you get 2 of the faction batteries you resist 54% instead of just 50% so that's more cap to you and less to him

Don't wanna get ultra fucked? Run a battery and a cap booster

It's the same shit as sensor boosters negate some of the effects of sensor damps but not all of it

The ability to scan someone down is based on a ratio between your signature radius and sensor strength

Making your sig lower and your sensor strength higher will reduce the enemy's ability to scan you down.

General rule of thumb for trying to prevent getting probed down is to have your sensor strength higher than your signature radius. However this doesn't make you fully immune, someone with a set of virtue Implants will be able to scan down anything

Lower signature strength = harder to scan.

Also unscripted sebos boost your sensor strength too, just less.

Quick cheatsheet:
If your signature strength is 5 or higher, you can be scanned by anything
If your signature strength is 3.2 or higher, you can be scanned by an all V pilot with tech 1 probe/launcher, unbonused ship and no other scanning equipment
If your signature strength is 2.33 or higher, you can be scanned by an all V pilot in a bonused ship but with tech 1 probe/launcher and no other scanning equipment
If your signature strength is 2 or higher you can be scanned by an all V pilot in a bonused ship with sisters probe/launcher and no other scanning equipment
Above this is extra scanning equipment, covops and virtues territory

One more notable value:
If your signature strength is below 1.56 no possible tech 1 or covops frigate fit exists that can scan you, unless they use virtues.

The only people that shop in Rens are newbies that chose Minmatar. Everyone else either buys in Amarr or Jita. Minmatar FW scrubs without JFs buy in Hek, Gallente in Dodixie.

Warp, deploy drones but dont attack, wait until you get redboxed and the drones will do the job without getting killed. If you're too far away the drones might get aggro'd though.

Never traded so my estimate is probably bad.
But I'd say one should be able squeeze several hundred mil daily from ~30-50 goods, even without extreme 0.01 isking, since you're selling to Jita buy orders right away.
There's definitely money to be made there, if I had better trade skills I'd take the gamble.
