Carry for all three. Toolbelt them if you have spare slayer points so they don't consume inventory or pocket slots, you'll never forget them and they'll never be lost.

Right around New years when I first got 99 magic. I don't use emotes very often, and getting 99 magic was such a huge goal for me years ago when I first started playing. I Just find it a little humorous that after going through all the trouble of getting it I have no intention of actually using the emote or the cape now that I've finally obtained them.

You need both for Temple at Senntisten. Devious minds seems a little odd and random until you do that quest and it's purpose in the plot isn't clear until Temple The assassin is a bit of brick joke and he shows up at the end of Temple.
. I thought Desert treasure was a much more fun quest, since it's got an interesting plot and it was a proper adventure without being too long.
