He's running towards me, obviously trying to psychic scream, and I'm kiting him. He's slowly dying, not stopping to cast anything, just keeps running toward me and losing ground.

All the sudden he HAULS ASS, like full on sprint, fears me, and then blitzes all the way across stables and over the bridge.

What the fuck happened? Was he speed hacking? I know there are rocket boots, but this was a 20-29 BG and that's high level stuff, and I didn't see any kind of spell effects.
