Kevin is up there too, remember when they said that said they were going to nerf quick start and actually ended up buffing it instead? His kit would make more sense if QS was nerfed but there's no reason for him to bring CR, DR, and -defense on top of it.
He's cancer in every rainbow backline and the -defense totem makes using him up front with Willy a good move. He's a better front QS unit than Jeunese who was designed to be one.
Why not both? Anael's buffs were so lackluster that she still won't see any play when all the new star light units are still better defensive totems. Getting more buffs like hers accomplishes nothing to stop the issue of people stacking all the overperforming units on a rainbow team.
