Literally all of those raids drop it at an uncommon rate. Golds are objectively easier to get and easier to hoard because their uses are miniscule, where as silver is required for fucking everything and in large quantities.
5* an SSR? 6 right there. GW weapon? 50, and you WILL be spending that 50 multiple times given how many GW weapons you'll be elechanging. HL Baha Weapon? Either pray to get lucky with Legendary Merits or that's 10 a day for 3 days. Building your class weapon? Another 30.
