Medusa's Harpe isn't weaker

Astolfo is powerful in a normal war. Not powerful in the sense that he can whip others in hand to hand combat, but more so in the "Having various NPs and high luck" sense.

Can't be underestimated since he basically won and survived the war in the end. High luck is dangerous.
