TRS didn't have amazing art either but at least it was reminiscent of Thracia's and had a unique style to it.

Agreed. I love the Fe8-10 style stuff, and the stuff in the non-FE-but-basically-FE games Kaga did. It's a nice blend of practical (looking) and stylish.
