How much boost can a stock 121 handle?

Just learned to drive on this bad boy. Now that i'm comfortable with it, I want to up the boost.

How much boost can a stock 121 handle?

also how do i turn the boost up?

step 1: Get $20,000
step 2: go to junkyard and get 4 small identical turbos
step 3: rebuild internals
step 4: pay someone to quad tarbo your shitbox
step 5: wreck shitbox and buy a civic

I'd say roll with 3psi for starters then up it to 6 if the motor doesn't blow after a month. Don't go over that. Over 8 is when you will start seeing problems.

Would this thing be considered the smallest sedan in the world?

Not if I have anything to say about it

good post

After some Google-fu I found out these use a Mazda B-series engine, which also had larger capacity turbocharged variants in the 1.6l B6T and 1.8l BPT and BPD. Don't know how much the internals can handle, but those blocks are plenty strong.

This should also mean a BPT swap is a viable option somewhere down the line.

>just learned to drive
>time to boooooost
nigga buy something that's already turbo'd. Instead of destroying that car.

It's gonna be a lot smaller when the OP puts it into a street light.

>nigga buy something that's already turbo'd. Instead of destroying that car.
how would a turbo destroy the car? it will actually do the opposite - make it better

>He wants to up the boost

the car is already turbocharged you silly cunt, plus:
>destroying that car

I spend more money on kebabs in a week than that piece of shit is worth.

Wait, wtf am I saying? This pile of dogshit never came with a turbo. Plus look at the photo.
>that pod filter

It was a good bait, OP. I give you 9/10, I especially appreciate the effort of trying to bait /dat/ as well.

Turning the A/C off is kind of like boosting your car.

im not OP I'm fully aware it didn't come with a turbo hence why I made my post

but OP said he wanted 'to up the boost', so i assume it is boosted

...

dude if OP added that he'd have at least 45psi without a tune. it says top secret for a reason

>people always going the easy route with a turbo, instead of building a nice naturally aspirated motor and revving the tits off it

Well fuck you regardless.

I kind of hope he does, because OP is a faggot. But the Mazda 121 is pretty cool and I don't want to see one die.

OP here. Should have been more specific. The car will be supercharged, not turbo'd
