you dont know how to change brush??
you use the pencil tool but you changed the actual brush type you are using or something, i dont know your settings
if i change the "simple circle" to one called bar or flat it looks like the thing in your red circles when you curve too much too fast or linger on at the end of lines. just experiment different brushes.
