Only certain activities will let you Share Cash. CEO Work is usually how it's done. I've worked for some bro-tier CEOs who will run SS/HH in between cargo runs and then share their personal take with the rest of their org.

Be aware that you have to have the money as cash-on-hand to share it, and not banked. So if you're planning on being generous, make sure you withdraw $100K or so beforehand.

the more you sell the higher the wage is. don't know what the max is, and if you die or get killed by another player it cuts it by 500$ each time
