But she did literally fucking nothing. As in, literally not a damn thing. She never uses any of those powers at any point in the plot, even when the situation looks completely set up for her to be the one to save the day. There is fucking nothing to spoil.
You had a fucking evil grail for her to fight against, but Butcher instead went for a completely incoherent finale where a less experienced version of the guy who wanted to avoid fighting her at all costs suddenly was the one to tip the scales in a way that was never explained.
This just reinforces my hunch that this was supposed to end with Irisviel flexing those grail superpowers they keep going on about through the whole route, but he wanted to cram in a Waver cool spot instead so he ended up reshuffling that to hell.

That doesn't cover it, the setup is still completely there in the story we ended up with. The ONLY thing that would have needed to change would have been Iri being the one to save the day instead of Waver. "Nasu made him make it less sad" is not an excuse when there was a perfectly obvious non-sad way of ending that while still still delivering on the stuff that had been set up throughout the plot.
