I dunno if I'd say it's worse than a GW character. GW characters you actually get most of the mats just by doing your hard raids and halo every day (shop upgrade and clover/amber notwithstanding), whereas the Class Weapon grind is an actual all-out effort to get the mats from coop.

All I can say is that creeds and distinctions are gonna be your fucking nightmare.

Gacha is flooded with staves and Nirvana is pretty good too.

It's definitely worth it though. I guess it's a test of commitment at that point, the game's just like "well I've given you 100 levels by now, you should at least have SOME manner of disability to keep playing, might as well do this."

Only make Nebu/Oliver if you don't use guns on your grid
Nirvana delays your Sage but most useful class weapon
Pick Ascalon if you only want to rush T4 Class

You kinda use all the jobs really, depends on what you want to use, what you are going to fight, if it's a multibattle etc

Element changing Nirvana is more useful than element changing Oliver since Oliver is on a great drop farming element already and it gets the 5% drop rate boost just from awakening.
If you're making a job masterpiece, Nebu and Nirvana are you best options.
