Is there a set number of weeds you need to get each of the Weeding Day items? I'm curious about at what point I should stop pulling them each day and let them flourish until the event comes.

I don't think there is, it's set by how fast you do it. Or it's random.

For that matter, you don't have to wait for Weeding Day, as long as there's over ~50 weeds in your town, you can find Leif sleepwalking somewhere and he'll have you pull weeds. This also gives away Weeding Day items.

So the only thing you have to get on Weeding Day is the topiaries.

Didn't know any of that! Right now I just have the 3 weeds from today so it'll take a couple weeks to get up to 50. I'll give it a try!

it's a kids game that's been co-opted by furfags, it's not catering to deviants on porpoise.

It's very simple! It's kind of confusing at first to figure out coordinates and such but it becomes relatively easy. I used to put four of the same flower around the house and then four around where it would go so I could check where it would be easier. Just MAKE SURE NOT TO MIX UP SAVE FILES! I accidentally loaded an old garden.dat file onto my game and lost my current for that time. It's why my town is so messy and I can't fix it because my laptop is broken. But it's a simple process just... Keep track of what you're doing!

If I have 10 Villagers already and am in love with all of them, like I have no intention of ever letting any of them move away in the forseeable future, do I stand to gain anything it all from scanning Amiibos or Cards? Scanning amiibos/cards lets you invite select guys to your campsite to buy goodies. Also you get 5 freebie meow coupons each day by doing it.
