Why is the voice acting so terrible in skyrim?
I dare you to make it through the scene where everyone in the dark brotherhood is swapping kill stories. I dare you to make it through that scene without cringing.
You can't.

Reposting here because of course I posted in the old thread right after this one was posted. Need some help here, about Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. I don't have any other mods that change enemies or anything, besides OCO 2, which I made a bashed patch for, successfully I believe. For some reason, it seems like the spawn rate for enemies is fucking ridiculously high. For example, every bandit dungeon has around 15-20 bandits, many spawning at the same place, leading to rooms of 5+ bandits at a time. This is just ridiculous at level 1, and it's basically right outside the Imperial City. Also, the loot is downright shit compared to how much work I need to put in to get it. It's not challenging, or fun even. It's fucking tedious. Is there something wrong with my install or is this seriously how the mod is supposed to be? >If this is normal for OOO, then I need a different overhaul. I just want the stupid level scaling to fuck off, and to make it a bit more balanced. That's all.
Jackson Brooks
Boys have a penis, not a pussy.

Wow what a fucked up post. That greentext wasn't intentional.
Stop saying "puss". That's such a terrible word. Say "cunt" like a normal person.

It's not just the voice acting, it's how cutscenes work in general >cutscene in any other game >characters move, emote, make gestures, are actually animated >cutscene in skyrim >bunch of static robots stare at the infinite while voices play
darkcreations.org/oscuros-oblivion-overhaul/wiki/Readme >You may now see several creatures/NPCs per spawn point, instead of only one, as often seen in default Oblivion. Weaker creatures will be more frequent than stronger ones.

Considering she takes troll dick on the regular, it's probably loose enough to store a few elder scrolls.

What house mod is that? It looks cozy.

You are given the nuclear codes to wipe anyone province from Tamriel. Which one do you pick?
Warning there are a lot of pictures that showcase scenes from the Witcher series in there so be prepared to disable them with the console. Also as a general rule, disable the loose gold coin piles you find around the house, it reduces lag.

I guess it was OOO? I don't remember it adding that much though.

These bandits aren't exactly weak though. I also had a cave with 10 wolves in one area all clumped together.

Summerset Isles.
It's better for it to die young and full of mystery and what little great lore it has, than to watch it torn asunder by Bethesda saying buildings can't be made of poetry or look like butterfly wings.

Imperials aimed right at the Imperial City.
Because holy fuck people who chose the Empire over Stormcloaks are the biggest shitposters on the fucking planet.

Which TES game had your favourite introduction? I'm sort of split on them. Morrowind's is simple and punctual, given a bit of a mystery to intrigue the player and then lets them free. Oblivion felt like an interesting exercise in fate - having those intimate last moments with Uriel Septim VII in the last days of the 3rd Era. Skyrim's gave you quick forshadowing of the game itself - the bickering between Imperial, Thalmor and their Stormcloak prisoners, and all of them being interrupted by the Dragon.

Yes I understand that, but this is really close to the Imperial City. I thought it was more difficult the further you are from cities. >The difficulty of wilderness areas is proportional to their climate's harshness and their distance to urban centers. Or is that just outside areas?

Oblivion is best for setting up a story, Skyrim does a good job for setting up the world you're about to enter yet creates a bias for stormcloaks, but Morrowind's is the best simply because it doesn't take hours to get through. I can deal with skyrim's opening, but at least you can run through the dungeon and clear it out. Oblivion has too many stops where you need the npcs to hurry up and do their thing already.
Alexander Reyes

Oblivion is best for the first time. Skyrim is tolerable but generally boring. Morrowind is mysterious if not a little plain, but is so short it just works out the best for replayability.

I quite like Morrowind's, since it's fast (Great since I'm an Altaholic) and doesn't give you too many ties. Just dumps you on an island and give you an excuse to not do MQ, and give breaks during MQ to do side quests and join factions.
As much as I love Oblivion and Skyrim, I just feel like a cunt if I put off the main story for any period of time.
"Oh the Emperor just got assassinated and gave me the macguffin, better try and join the Mages Guild and ignore that happened."
"Oh, a fucking dragon just burned down a village and I need to tell the Jarl. But first I'm going to get married, join The Companions, fight in a civil war, and become Thane in every other hold first."

>he knows ISIS tactics >he is trying to start shit with stormcloaks by using the imperials
Come on man, it'd just be some light cuddling and possibly Ada spooning one of them unconsciously because he's starved for affection and might accidentally do that when he's too groggy or tired to think straight.
The question is though, which of the two would be better for snuggling with?
Bentley Lopez
Nah, most casuals I've met just pretend they don't see it or say #notallnords.
Either way, even if it is karmic retribution, Dunmer did nothing wrong. Stay mad because retards who eat dirt and vomit in corpses got BTFO, Nordfag.

>Torygg idolized Ulfric, would have declared independence if he had simply asked >Ulfric engages tardmode and murders him for no reason
>there are "people" who are still stormcucks
Leo Sanchez
Skyrim's mq is especially guilty of this. At least in Oblivion you have to go do a daedric quest and that requires potentially unknown knowledge you have to learn from the world. But with Skyrim it's like "we HAVE to do this next thing NOW. What do you mean you have other shit to do? Hurry up and get your ass to the location marked on your map that leads no another event you HAVE to do immediately or the entire world will end!!" Then you're sitting in the middle of a tomb in bumfuck nowhere, scarfing down butterfly wings and you think "oh shit I have a quest to do!"
Torygg had no right being on the throne in his state, thalmor occupation or not. Ulfric was a complete ass about it and a horrible choice as leader for a variety of reasons, but he was still in the right for this.
Benjamin Morgan
>believing some vampire whore's lies lmfao at Septimcucks who believe anything a MAGE tells them.

it could be worse, bethesda could try and explore it but just burn all the poetry and butterfly wings stuff down and replace it with twisted semi-futuristic commie shit made by the thalmor
>possibly Ada spooning one of them unconsciously because he's starved for affection and might accidentally do that when he's too groggy or tired to think straight.
A-user that's actually something he might do if anyone slept in the same bed as him.

i need help, i remember about a year ago i had this exact same problem when trying to mod skyrim.

i remember i was able to fix this after days of fucking around, anyone know wtf could be wrong.
i added -forcesteamloader to the skse arguments even though i dont have steam??? but i though it was that...
