Ougi effect: Extra ougi damage (caps at 660k) Same like Juliet/Siegfried.

Level 90: 1st ability now grants all allies 20% charge bar (same as Vampy but guaranteed as long as the nuke does damage).

Level 95: New passive: Increases Vaseraga's Defense but also gives him increased aggro. (Same as the recent Earth doraf).

Level 100: 3rd ability now also increases Vaseraga's damage cap by 20%. Increase buff duration to 5 turns.

Not him but I'm saving it because I'm planning to spark, and since the ticket cannot roll dupes, I figured it'd be best to do all those 300 rolls first, then use the ticket after for an additional guaranteed not-dupe SSR.

I used him over Rozetta for soloing Lv90 nightmares last GW. His damage and ougi gain is pretty good.

There's literally no reason to wait now. Just get it over with. The longer you wait the more chances you have of actually obtaining all of the SSRs on the ticket and receiving an uncap.
