Mega Milk Drinker is just a diffuse map. If you're installing it with MO you need to get some speculars and normals, create the correct file paths for them, and then add your custom mod to MO manually.

Then download good loose normals and speculars like the ones from the Graphene Block 30 pack. Read the readme in Graphene Block 30, because you will need to duplicate and rename certain files. They didn't do this themselves to save space in the zip.

After that copy the Mega Milk Drinker diffuses into the female path that you created and add the mod to MO.
