I've never complained about frame rate in my entire life. I have no problem with 30 fps in most games.
However, the monsters move so fast that it is literally impossible to react entirely to their movements due to not having enough frames to react. I know they put in audio cues and windup frames but they are usually only 4-6 frames for those attacks.
I've plat the game, don't even try git gud.

30 fps means 30 frames per second. Which means that every 33.3 milliseconds one of your inputs is read. Unless you press 34 buttons per second the framerate is not the issue here.
