I k ow the original eco modder Civic guy was able to get 60mpg at 90mph, stuff like that's crazy. Yeah it's all about using less fuel but most of things people do is cut down on drag and weight. Which makes for good speed

Indeed, just look at the 50ccm would record Kreidler set, they went crazy on drag reduction ond drove 225km/h with that tiny engine reving 15.000rpm.
I don´t know the fuel economy of that thing, but it shows how fast you can go with 15Ps.
