You'll get a dinky 2* Olivia that you'll have to rank up twice and actually train in order to unlock Dance for her, which your 4* Olivia comes pre-installed with.

Probably helps that Ursula didn't really have a subplot and was just kind of killed off in a cutscene. It really wouldn't be much of a stretch to re-write her as surviving, fleeing and joining with the party to take revenge or something and maybe redeeming herself through supports or something.
