Hibana destroyed a lot of the counterplay to reinforcement breaches, both through her ability to breach from essentially any range, and her nullification of the bandit trick.
Not exactly the best for balance, just not horrible.
Echo is 100% fine, and could possibly be buffed a bit, but it's good that he's not overpowered.

I've gotten "leaning on an invisible shield" as Blitz and Montagne as well.

I've also seen some horrible trigger discipline in the victory screens recently, but I'm not sure if that's a new bug or I just never noticed it before.
