Well honestly, you kinda can make holy water. You just have research vampire lore till max (I think) then you can make the cure and throw it on a vampire you hate and/or are hated by. 'Slays' them, which I think just cures them leaving them a weakling mortal.

Yeah. I researched it, its level 15 vampire lore and you actually have to fight them before you can force cure them.. So make sure to up that fitness and have a confident or angry mood for added bonus.

Or just hunt townie vampires, they dont have any fitness skill at all.
