Using her even with one follower can give you a huge tempo advantage and forces your opponent to play on the defensive She's also very good at setting up lethal boards in situations where without her it would take you a good 2-3 turns
She may not be an auto-include but running 1-2 of her is a very reasonable option In a sense she's very representative of dirt rune's inherent flexibility and why you can never really net deck dirt rune

For the people saying the rotations are tournament only, that picture looks like they're reviewing the rotation process of analog TCGs tournaments. The below bullet points are pointing out how meta rotation would benefit the game's longevity, citing they don't want a single strategy or card dominating the meta game. The other one says how it would make it easier for new players to compete with older more experienced players with a bigger card collection with the addition of rotation. It could very well mean they're trying to implement it into the current game, regardless of tournament format or not.
tl;dr they're listing out the good points of rotation meaning it's probably it's going to be added into the game itself.

In Magic, cards are rarely nerfed and rarely banned despite being OP or format warping. Recently we had the first ban of cards in Standard is almost an entire decade and the playerbase was really surprised about it. I really believe that the devs will just copy Wizards and play it safe, this means:

Well, craft third roach, that's the only card you really need. Add three gobus for tutoring, nature's for bounce, three elven princesses and two or three Finas for zero cost combo starters. Add DoD for ward penetration. And learn to count. Remember, you can easily do 17 damage on turn 7.
