Maybe because there are younger people without that view of them who realize they really are better cars in every way than older f bodies? Once you get past the malaise-tier engines, at least. Even a crate 350 makes one completely trash a first or second gen, and LS/LM7/LY5 swaps are stupid easy with conversion kits available cheaply. They already handle much, much better not having leaf springs, no longer being a nova with a bodykit, and having some actual chassis development.
