From just a few minutes of fiddling with it it isn't bad for poverty. 1st skill is avoiding damage for a turn, second is a nuke with burn for plain damage. Same idol passive of getting 10% of ougi every time you use a skill. I don't have it yet but third skill is to get a mode change to essentially upgrade all her skills. And her ougi does what her summons do and has dark, water, and fire damage.

Do you know enough japanese to be able to tell where each line should go or do I need to mark all that stuff?

If you have summer zoi, claws are the way to go at about a 3 claw to 2 axe ratio. If you don't, reroll now and start dash her and get claws.

I would still suggest a mix of both, but more axes in that case. Also axes drop more often than claws so if you're looking at the long run getting claws isn't a bad idea to be honest.

her third skill change into a charge attack boost while enabling self enmity
first skill avoiding all damage plus drain
second skill is AoE nuke plus charm
trying to get her into her second form is what makes her kinda shit unless it's a long fight, and you need to provide DA/TA if you want her to get to 10 stacks faster
