No purpose other than getting an achievement if you manage to steal 50 pairs of unique panties and show them to the Panty Sensei.

If you didn't manage to steal Goblin Girl panties (or any of the Four Bandits' for that matter) the first time around then you can still do so if you re-fight their memory version in Hades; the same goes for milking them as well. Either do that, or go New Game Plus and trigger their events in Illiasburg.

Most newer web browsers don't work with the flash files in lunch/dinner. One workaround you can use is by downloading the stand-alone flash player from Adobe's website and using that.
