Yes. In fact, that's the best setup you can have. Though 1H if you can make a second weapon is better for mobbing because it hits faster, but for bossing 2H all the way.

Yes black mage is a huge boss with so many hp that everyone attacking him will take weeks to months to wear down and when he dies that server shuts down

The only thing you're gaining here is 10* on the new badge which is dirt cheap to do, your potential gets knocked down to epic which the new one already is. Don't transpose, cube and * the new one separately and swap when it's better than 21%.
