This is a replica of the world's first self-propelled land vehicle (France, steam-powered, 1770). Thoughts?

probably still more reliable and better made than a Ford today

Sure is.

Don't crash this one.

it's fwd. By now, that should be named french wheel drive.

you are now my favorite person

Proof that FWD is dated as fuck.

I'm guessing it's faster when it reverses?

Why is fwd so fast in reverse?

The original was understeered into a wall

Nordschleife lap time?

Can it beat a corvette around Willow Springs?

7 hours 51 minutes.

Because when accelerating the weight shifts to the opposite side of where the wheels are going. Usually that's the rear of the car (and therefore the rear wheels). FWD is shit because it can't get the power down under acceleration as well as RWD can, UNLESS you're going in reverse, in which case it becomes RWD.

>fwd

Oh i see, so it's basically getting more """traction""" by shoving all of the weight on the driven wheels?

Has it run over any women yet

Know what I got.

Even the cars vaped back then?

This is true.

Neck yourself

I'd rather drive this than a mazda or GM product.

lol buying french shit, its slower then gt86

>Thoughts?

Needs some anime stickers

Exactly.

Napoleon should have used it as his panzer army

First the driver yelled aluah Akbar

Can you imagine how wet a cute French farmer's daughter got back then if you rolled into town on this?

by wet do you mean burned by steam?

that's not how women worked before

Kek, that's what I always call it, hope it catches on.

Fpbp

Fun fact
Mr2's and fiero's back ends are fwd cars reversed
In the case of the mr2 it's a corolla

...

lol

>reversed

no, they're actually played straight, they just put the fwd drivetrain on the rear wheels and called it a day.

>GM fans btfo

>they never recover.

Get your history right, man.
The driver yelled "Vive la Révolution" as he crashes his steam-powered wagon into a crowd of French aristocrats

because FWD, in reverse, is RWD
