How to farm Iridescent Crystals:
1. Rush to Witch's Garden and ignore everything else in Forgotten Land that isn't Witch's Garden or Lost temple
2. Focus on killing all the named mobs in the area (Ignore the boss), especially the 6 Golems in Lost Temple since every single Golem has a chance of dropping multiple Iridescent Crystals
3. When the named mobs are dead just kill the trash mobs for Golden Crystals
4. Gather as many Iridescent Crystals and Golden Crystals as you can before the time runs out

5. (Optional) Rush to Vanished Village and kill Dr. Moreau so you can access Dr Herbert's Shop
6. Exchange all the Gold Crystals for Iridescent Crystals

You should be able to get over 300 Golden and over 100 Iridescent Crystals per run if you do it right. I think my highest was ~450 Golden and ~120 Iridescent in one run.
