Get to 60. Unlock all dungeons, use the tomes you get from those to get welfare gear.

It's entirely up to you when or if you do your zodiac relic, since you've already outgrown it and would just be getting it for glamour (though Last Resort Zeta IS pretty fucking cool). You can't start your anima relic yet. Getting to 60 first will make it quite a lot easier though.

It's frustrating. All the manly catboys are usually gay Tops. The femenine catboys are either bottoms or fujos.
