Rod of Ages is also recommended by some ziggs players. however, these two items are both scaling items and take a while to reach maximum power. Liandry's Torment is one of ziggs best items and Hextech GLP-800 works well with it. i'm telling you Hextech GLP-800 on ziggs is a great thing. you can even cast Hextech GLP-800 during ziggs' satchel charge displacement to cancel the animation lock. :)
