Are there enough shrines to get all 30 hearts (including boss) and three stamina wheels?

120 shrines = 30 upgrades,
3 starter hearts + 4 boss fights = 7
30 max hearts - 7 = 27, the other 7 upgrades are good for 1+1/6 extra stamina wheel.

Is there some trick to getting ancient cores that I don't know about? The amount of cores the game expects me to have is not very proportionate with the drop rate I'm seeing from Guardians.

How the hell am I supposed to make it to Goron City? My heat-resistance food doesn't seem to help at all and a catch on fire everytime I get too close to Death Mountain.

there is a girl in the stables at the feet of the mountain that sells elixirs that makes it so you don't burn. get 3 of those.

once you get to Goron city, do yourself a favor and buy a Goron clothing article
there are hotter areas that the elixir alone won't cover so you'll need some extra protection

Could anyone tell me how the fuck to reach the shrine at the top left of the map, at Hebra North Summit? There's two, one was sitting out in the open, and the other seems to be inside of the mountain. I've scoured all across the cliff face and can't for the life of me figure out how to get to it.

Is there some way to make more of those elemental weapons? Or do you only get one of each and once they break they're gone for good?

There's plaques all along Zora's River which you can read. They glow blue, hard to miss.
