Alright /wfg/, what is your current daily average gameplay time ranking?
>0 Hours: Burnout Phase
Only logs in for daily rewards or just shitposts on wfg. Will maybe do the sortie or an event if they feel like it.
>2 Hours: Balanced
Plays just enough time to do daily sorties and earn syndicate rep. This person is either a stabilized addict or a casual player. Has strong self control and is in tune with their real life priorities.
>4 hours: Moderately Addicted
Begins to grinds relics and dip into the trading scene. Plays not quite enough to burnout quickly but will be stuck playing for awhile. Will either play off and on when bored with content or progress into more serious autism.
>6 hours: Forma Binge/Trade Jew Phase
The powerful urge to maximize all their favorite gear curses this player into sheckeling for boosters and forma. May become a trade chat jew if bored with gameplay. Will do as much daily content as possible including alerts and invasions. Long nights on Akkad make them incapable of falling asleep before midnight.

The waning phase of the addiction cycle. This person thinks, eats and dreams Warframe. When not playing they are unhappy and irritable. Turns to idling in relays or playing conclave when desperate for content. Neglecting basic personal needs and relationships begins. Burnout phase follows within a week or two.
>10+ hours: Transcendence
You have become the Tenno. Every waking moment is spent either playing or watching all the devstreams and youtuber vods. Will frequently starve or never shower in favor of playing. Knows all the lore and complains on the forums frequently. Wakes up late in the afternoon. Cannot fall asleep until they become exhausted from playing. Spends ludicrous amounts of money on the game for instant gratification. Most likely depressed. Will lead to permanent burn out. Player may consider sudoku to endo their pain.

I'm currently on a forma binge atm. Trying to make my Burston Prime good.

I'm a moderate transcendent.
I can only play 3-4 hours a night due to my job/gym/life, but I get FAR too engrossed in the game and have a weakness for throwing cash at it.

How does chesa retrieve compare to vacuum?

I dont want to only use sentinels all the time but vacuum is such a massive crutch, i cant play without it.

I stay at Burnout Phase for weeks or months at a time, and then jump up to somewhere between Balanced and Moderately Addicted for a few weeks.

back when focus was added, summoned weapons gave reduced (half?) focus, because they followed the same rules for getting weapon kills with a lensed frame instead of the rules for warframe power kills. I assume that DE never bothered to fix it since I still get fuck-all focus with EB excalibur

I just reached MR19 and I have a sudden disinterest in warframe all of the sudden. See you in 4 months.

It's my new preferred secondary. The shotgun mode is a meme due to its insane falloff, but the primary fire is amazing. There's something oddly satisfying about using a high velocity pea shooter that one shots the kuva flood heavy gunners. The way it looks and reloads are amazing too.

The cycle continues. I just started playing again after a 10 month hiatus. I thought for sure i would burnout by now but I'm still going strong. I'm worried I'll hit the 200 day reward at this rate.

The slug is literally a worse Vaylok and the shotgun is literally a worse brakk. Why would you use it over either option?

Burnout or Balanced, now mostly burnout, fucking soul sucking event. Very rarely play for 3+ hours. 1600~1800 hours in I don't know.

Best cure for burnout is to uninstall and come back later.

It was designed to be beaten through trial and error. A useful tip is all intractable portals and terminals show up as markers on your map. Use youtube walkthroughs if you're desperate. There are anons here who still fail sorties when it pops up as a mission. (Aka massive fucking shitters)

The problem that models have different rigging and animations so they get broken because Burston P still uses prime animations. It also happens for Akstiletto Prime for example, if you wanna use conclave skin that got non-prime model.

Honestly, if the Burston's attack was changed into a burst of lasers, and if there was a satisfying 'hissss' after each burst, it would be that much cooler.
