Vanilla clients aren't supposed to display exact health numbers taken from the server like in TBC and later.
You only make some very rough estimates via addons once you start damaging something and it sees the percentage drop.

MaNGOS for Vanilla is mostly a hackfixed backport of the TBC version.
Kronos probably left that part untouched.

Chillwind camp was camped by 4 rank10+ horde.
We wiped them with a same amount of sub 60's.
Its clear why they have to Xv1 lowbies for honor instead of doing bgs.

Also what fucking addons are there to fucking automatically start firing arrows when you right click a mob it's goddamn annoying. Also a pet UI add-on would be cool. I'm sure there are some in the pack of addons in the op but I don't know which ones.
