Ifrit is going to be rerun, but you're right in that water suggestion is just lower priority compared to the rest.
You have Rosetta and Lecia, you can survive just fine without Korwa if you want to. But she is very useful in other elements, so she's more of a package deal if you do get her. Do finish Gawain and Birdman asap though.

If you want to get started on Light you can ticket Juliet. Light is VERY low priority considering what you have however.

I'd suggest Altair or Yoda for Water, but Fire GW is coming up, so that's more important in the short term. Yuel is definitely important for Fire in general, but if you don't want her Zahlhamelina and Percival are good choices.
