Other decks have ALWAYS had meme card. Skullfane was ALWAYS a meme. Flute was ALWAYS a meme.
Otohime being a meme NOW doesn't change the fact that it was a fucking amazing card when it was released. It lost power as time went on, but it was meta on release, and it got new cards for the new meta later, so Sword is always a strong class. When Sword get new cards, they are always good, this is undeniable. Other classes either only good cards half the time, or they never get any good ones.

Amulets don't spellboost. Magic missile / Kaleidoscopic glow / Insight / Trail of light does.

Look at what sword and rune are getting
It's decent when compared to other Dragon cards... which means it's shit because Dragon cars are shit
Keep in mind that at 9 or 10pp it's essentially a 3/4 with no effect.

I recommend never switching decks.
Once I had a really shitty lose streak, like 8 in a row, then out of nowhere 13 winstreak because I just stopped going first and I started to get good matchups.

Still, right now I would recommend playing only decks that are good versus aggro sword, shit is everywhere.

Do Sword decks regularly put Bahamut in their deck? I can't help but feel really surprised whenever I see them drop it, fucker always screws me over since I never play around him against Sword.

Tutors are fantastic when you can guarantee what you're getting. The only way Dshift does this is by removing fucking Fate's Hand, Fiery Embrace, and Wind Blast, all of which are essential cards themselves. The only way Daria does this is by removing every card that made Daria worth using to begin with. Dirt does this with the greatest of ease, but has little capacity to actually spellboost anything, so it's getting slow cantrips at best.

It just isn't going to be doing anything particularly egregious. Albert is a 100% standalone powerhouse that only gets progressively more retarded when combo play is involved. You're an idiot for even trying to draw a parallel there.

Auto include in control Sword since their other control wincons like Leo don't have immediate impact.

It's not the amulet that is overpowered it's fucking Ruu.

Ruu is just pure bullshit.

But the amulet is also good and you are misunderstanding how the effect works. It will draw a card at the end of the turn you play it and will draw another spell at the enc of the next turn.

It's not like Sacred Plea at all because the first draw can't be countered and the key thing is that it ONLY DRAWS SPELLS.

The fact that it draws only spells is what makes it very strong.
