The masses need to realize STEM, Academics and the Arts are the jobs of the future and they need to quit trying to do the same jobs as grampa bill did in 1940.

I'm a socialist, but I'm not a "give to the leeches" kind of socialist. Even in a 100% automated society there is still a need for people to do things and I'm not okay with giving UBI so people can sit on their asses.

just give the companies a tax exempt on shares they give to their employees instead of wages, you would have the workforce actually owning the means of production they would be more motivated to work hard and efficiently and they would also receive more of the revenue as you call it.

I agree with this, but I think a good education + completely free minimum wage will push people to produce regardless. Education is key.

Agreed there, education should be free (at least a 2 year, if you get a good GPA then you should be granted another 2 years and if you show promise moved to a masters, etc.)

yes ubi is a terrible idea that i'm convinced would only set a new zero and lead to rapid inflation if not hyperinflation.

is what i think about basic living, it shouldn't fuck the job market very severely as most people want a little more from life than to be a couch potato.

The purpose of college and degrees is more than just education, and certification should in fact cost money.

Education is not just learning a trade. I mean educate people in citizenship, politics, etc. The people who sit on their ass today with free wage give 0 shits about their country and its progress. They also don't give a fuck about freedom or democracy. That's why it's failing.

we build a socialist society of course. no but desu i was just memeing, i think the means of production cannot be seized in order to create a socialist state since theyre inherently designed for a capitalist market economy and that this is the reason every attempt at communism has failed except for maybe the anarchosyndicalist movement in spain in the early 20th century and the early days of mao. however eventually during the transition phase in which socialist seized the state every country detoriated into state capitalism or even worse. just look at fucking cuba, thats not socialism, its barely even state capitalism, honestly its a society that has regressed into feudalism with the castros as their lords.

By forcing people to take a class in highschool or something? It won't work. It'll just be like classes now - You do whatever you can to pass with a satisfactory mark and then never even think about the material again.
