From what I played, Orisa has no trouble whatsoever hitting Junkrat gigantic critbox.

Heroes hurt by Orisa being added and becoming a defacto meta tank:

>Reaper
Despite being a tank buster, Reaper's weapons are wholly less effective against a lot of armor. It takes 3 shots point blank (every pellet) to chew through 210 of Orisa's health because of damage reduction, and then another 2 to finish her off. However with her static shield she can not only mitigate part of reapers fire, she has on command Fortify that reduces those shots even more. So against an fortified full health Orisa, Reaper does 35 damage per shot, making him essentially useless for getting in to tank bust her, and making his disruption and healer pick game harder as she can actually attack while shielding unlike Rein. And worst of all HALT is the only ability to affect Wraith form, slowing and pulling it

Already a less efficient shieldbraker than 76, the fact that Orisa is immune to flashbang during fortify makes him at a major disadvantage. Even if he gets the first flash combo, she can both shield and fortify to mitigate and counter after the roll.

>Winston
His entire kit is useless against her. Armor already brings his damage down to 1.5 per round, and then down to 0.75 per round during fortify. His ult can't knock her back during fortify, and her hitscan chews through him after he splashes in to try and get a healer pick

>Mei
Another hard countered kit, even after getting past her shield, Fortify shuts down her M1 and Ult completely and makes her icicles do 37 damage.

Still best suppression fire shield piercer and long range in the game with burst options

She counters Orisas kit hard as hack is the only CC that bypasses fortify and without her abilities she nothing. Also her out can be hacked for its entire duration

>Junkrat
No self-damage junkrat can chip her healthpool and shields better than anyone else without fear. Because her hitbox usually floats outside of the shield, she almost always takes splash

Most likely not until the 21st or 28th based on what they've said. She's had quite a few bugs so that's certainly one of the reasons.

Rein is a must. Ana is best healer. Lucio pairs well with Ana but zen can also be nice. Mercy is only good in lower ranks where poeple cant aim.

Bastion is pretty OP on defence. A good tracer or genji or pharah can kill him with some skill.

Soldier 76 is best DPS. Roadhog can one shot anyone who isn't a tank every 8 seconds.

Lucio dictates the meta since forever.

The meta currently revolves primarily around having the best tanks and the best healers, DPS isn't necessary unless of course you count Roadhog as a DPS hero.

So long as Ana remains strong tanks will rule the day.

Junkrat is bad because he is full of huge flaws.
Ironically, meta heroes aren't good at exploiting his flaws. If the enemy team wasn't retarded, they would have countered you easily, but there is probably nothing to expect from players copying pros without even knowing why.
As someone who played Junkrat a lot, even Torbjörn is way better than him.
