Never played a Tekken seriously before, but was watching some videos on tekken frame data to prepare for T7. Do the top level players really know the frame data for almost all of the cast? It appears each character has a shitload of moves, how do you know what you can punish and you cannot?

The moves each character actually consistently use are a select few. Pro laws use like 6 moves total. Frame data isn't important to get started anyway, movement/spacing is more useful.
