People may still kick you because they don't know how to do the mechanics and think the dps requirement is WAY higher than it really is, but back in the day 500ap was easily enough for a bnsg group to clear it.

TruNEET doesn't have a clan for alts, but you could join one of the other guilds like NFA or Friend on your alts.

If you're new it's probably your hm level rather than your ap, if you're under hm 10 pugs are likely to kick you based on that alone. Your safest bet for that stuff is to just post lobbies here, it takes a long time to fill but the players you get are generally far better than pugs.
