Maybe that's part of the reason why no one actually plays midrange/tempo decks anymore. But Daria isn't every turn unless they get extremely lucky. Most of the time it's just huge burst turns combo'd with being able to draw all the burn spells in their entire deck.

If you can reroll 1 seraph plus an animated and a few others you can keep that.

I've been trying some tempo forest lately including gabe but even without aoe daria just shits on my board. Ofc some retarded daria combo went off every time I played her so maybe I just got unlucky. But watching the other player flood the board just as quickly with better monsters while not having their hand run out made me wonder why I wasn't just playing that instead.

The only drawback in a seacraft deck has been its ability to get megalorcas out and on the board in time for a neptune which was difficult because queen serpent needed overflow and neptune is also 7pp on top of both of them being able to be ramped. Neirid was exactly what it needed for consistency. If there wasn't so much utter bullshit in TotG it'd be a solid T2 tempo deck
