It was, actually. IE a mage mob frost novas you and then runs a yard or two back and begins casting, if you were in melee range when rooted.

Not only have I never seen this on a launched project, but I've literally never been interrupted on HG or elysium.

Stock mangos means a caster mob will constantly try to walk towards you between casting and going into a melee idle animation. IE Hellground
